Jeanine Greyling brings a wealth of experience and dedication to Core Kinetic Pilates Studio. With a background in gymnastics and dance, Jeanine developed a profound understanding of movement, proprioception, and body awareness throughout her years as a dance teacher. Her journey has been shaped by resilience, having rehabilitated from significant injuries including a broken coccyx, broken calcaneus and multiple ankle surgeries.

Jeanine’s path to Pilates began as she discovered its transformative power firsthand. Certified through Basi Pilates, she embodies a philosophy that emphasizes healing the body through strength and posture. Her belief in the body’s potential for change aligns closely with Joseph Pilates’ principles, particularly his insights into the profound shifts achievable through consistent practice.

Jeanine offers a variety of classes at Core Kinetic Pilates Studio, including specialized prenatal Pilates designed for expecting mothers. She is passionate about providing safe and effective exercises tailored to support clients through every stage of life.
